At last - an amazing mountain biking adventure right on Joburg's door step!
It is with great excitement and pride that we introduce the Cradle Quest mountain bike stage race run over 3 full days to be held in and around Gauteng.
With everything a mountain biker looks for, from undulating single track, stiff technical climbs and fast descents to fantastic Jeep track and water crossings this is going to be a race not to be missed!
Entries for 2010 are now open. There are only team entries available this year.
The team entry options are:
Basic, with no accommodation and transport R2200
Race plus tented accommodation and meals R 4400
Race plus four star accommodation at Warthogs R 6500
The dates for 2010 are 24,25 and 26 September.
Registration is at Cyclelab Fourways on 23 September 9am to 5 pm

Finally Gauteng mountain biking enthusiasts get to show the rest of the country we're not just a bunch of city slickers! After years of exploring and seeking the best rides in the area, the founders of the race Andrew Currie, Richard Lombard and Neil Frazer are ready to reveal their secrets!
Bring your family to cheer you along and have a great weekend out. All the venues being used have specifically been chosen for their family friendly activities. The start and finish at Van Gaalen Cheese farm has always been popular as it has a wonderful deli, farm animals and a great picnic venue to sit and watch the cyclists come in. Warthogs for the two overnight stops is a game farm near Magaliesberg with great mountain bike trails and is a superb venue for a lunch after the ride.
All in all this is a weekend not to be missed!
